Maintenance Account definition

Maintenance Account means an account opened by the Bank to record/deposit any Collateral by way of margin calls;

Maintenance Account means an account required to be opened and maintained by a developer, joint management body, management corporation or subsidiary management corporation under this Ordinance;

More Definitions of Maintenance Account

Maintenance Account means the account(s) opened in the name of the Customer with OCBC Bank for the record/deposit of any Collateral provided pursuant to Margin calls and/or to maintain the Margin;
