Maintenance Charge definition

Maintenance Charge means the charge for Maintenance as specified in your Application and as varied in accordance with this SFOA.
Maintenance Charge is the daily housing charge incurred for City Inmates housed in Jail as further described in Exhibit III, Section 1.
Maintenance Charge has the meaning given in clause 6.11.

Examples of Maintenance Charge in a sentence

  • The Maintenance Charge shall be inflated in 2026 as described in Section 5, and annually thereafter throughout the term of the agreement.

  • The Port will not be charged a Maintenance Charge for a Port Jail Resident where the Jail Resident has been offsite (e.g. housed outside of the Jail) for all twenty-four (24) hours of a Surcharge Day and subject to 1:1 Guarding Surcharge for the entirety of such twenty-four (24)-hour period.

  • When combined with the Capital Expenditure Charges, the Maintenance Charge for calendar year 2025 is $XXX.

  • In addition to the annual adjustment to the Maintenance Charge described above, King County will increase the Maintenance Charge to capture the cost of Capital Expenditures.

  • By August 15 of 2025, and each August 15 through 2028, DAJD will estimate the total number of Jail Resident Days for the following year and will provide notice to the Port of the Capital Expenditure Charge to be included in the Maintenance Charge for the following year.


More Definitions of Maintenance Charge

Maintenance Charge means the charge payable by the Resident to the Owner as the Resident's contribution towards the Operating Costs.
Maintenance Charge. The annual maintenance charge is $30. If the Certificate Holder's Account is $50,000 or more on the date the maintenance charge is to be deducted, the maintenance charge is $0.
Maintenance Charge means, with respect to a particular Inlet Station or Outlet Station a charge determined by the Operator (acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Person) as being sufficient to allow the Operator (across all shippers who pay a charge for substantially the same purpose in respect of the Inlet Station or Outlet Station) to amortise, over the life of the Inlet Station or Outlet Station (as the case may be), so much of the Relevant Construction Costs as are not already paid by any shipper under clauses 6.6, or 6.8(a)(i), or (or the material equivalent in any other contract), and the costs of:
Maintenance Charge means the charge set out in the Acknowledgment of Order as the charge for the Maintenance Service;
Maintenance Charge. The Maintenance Charge can be paid by you by monthly direct debit or in full. If you choose to pay in full, you must pay in respect of the first twelve Months of the Term before the Maintenance Services Commencement Date by any method listed in clause 5.5. Payments for each subsequent period of twelve Months shall be due and payable on each anniversary of the Commencement Date in accordance with the Term and we shall invoice you at least six weeks in advance of such date.
Maintenance Charge. The annual maintenance charge is $30. If the Contract Value is $50,000 or more on the date the maintenance charge is to be deducted, the maintenance charge is $0.
