Maintenance Notice means a notice issued by the upstream, downstream, or hub operator (as applicable) which provides sufficient information to market participants in a non-discriminatory manner regarding such operator’s schedule for planned maintenance; „Zawiadomienie o Planowanych Pracach” oznacza zawiadomienie opublikowane przez, odpowiednio, operatora systemu przesyłu do punktu dostawy (upstream), operatora systemu przesyłu od punktu dostawy (downstream) lub operatora węzła wymiany handlowej (hubu) odpowiednio informujące uczestników rynków w sposób niedyskryminujący o harmonogramie prac planowanych przez operatora;
