Maintenance Obligations definition

Maintenance Obligations means the requirements as to operation and maintenance of the Project Facility as set forth in Schedule 3.

Maintenance Obligations means those obligations set out in Section 5 which are required to be carried out by you and at your expense.

Examples of Maintenance Obligations in a sentence

• Landlord shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, have no obligation to perform any Tenant Maintenance Obligations.

• The Tenant Maintenance Obligations shall include the procurement and maintenance of contracts, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord, with copies to Landlord upon Landlord’s written request, for and with contractors reasonably acceptable to Landlord specializing and experienced in the respective Tenant Maintenance Obligations.

• The Tenant Maintenance Obligations shall not include the right or obligation on the part of Tenant to make any structural and/or capital repairs or improvements to the Project, and Landlord shall, during any period that Tenant is responsible for the Tenant Maintenance Obligations, continue, as part of Operating Expenses, to be responsible, as provided in the immediately preceding paragraph, for capital repairs and replacements required to be made to the Project.

• If Tenant fails to maintain any portion of the Premises for which Tenant is responsible as part of the Tenant Maintenance Obligations in a manner reasonably acceptable to Landlord within the requirements of this Lease, Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to provide Tenant with written notice thereof and to assume the Tenant Maintenance Obligations if Tenant does not cure Tenant’s failure within 10 days after receipt of such notice.

• This Convention was prepared on the basis of the draft Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement abroad of Maintenance Obligations, a first draft of which had been drawn up by UNIDROIT in 1938 and work on which was completed in 1949 when it was transmitted to the Department for Social Affairs of the United Nations.

More Definitions of Maintenance Obligations

Maintenance Obligations means any and all obligations to maintain, safeguard, upkeep, operate, repair, replace and remove the parking areas so that the Easement Property and the Grantor Property remain reasonably safe for the parking of vehicles and the access to such vehicles by their operators.

Maintenance Obligations shall have the meaning provided in Section 26.02.

Maintenance Obligations means the obligation by Borrower to pay the following in full when due: (i) all costs necessary to maintain the Property in good condition and repair to the extent required in order to comply with all applicable Laws; (ii) all insurance premiums under policies maintained by Borrower and covering the Property (except to the extent that Borrower has deposited funds therefor with Administrative Agent); and (iii) all real estate taxes payable with respect to the Property (except to the extent that Borrower has deposited funds therefor with Administrative Agent).
