Maintenance Obligations definition

Maintenance Obligations means the requirements as to operation and maintenance of the Project Facility as set forth in Schedule 3.
Maintenance Obligations means those obligations set out in Section 5 which are required to be carried out by you and at your expense.
Maintenance Obligations means the contractual obligations owed to End-User Customers in the Ordinary Course of Business of Seller.

  • Landlord shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, have no obligation to perform any Tenant Maintenance Obligations.

More Definitions of Maintenance Obligations

Maintenance Obligations means any and all obligations to maintain, safeguard, upkeep, operate, repair, replace and remove the parking areas so that the Easement Property and the Grantor Property remain reasonably safe for the parking of vehicles and the access to such vehicles by their operators.
