Maintenance Performer definition

Maintenance Performer means such Person approved by JAA/EASA to perform maintenance and/or modification services on commercial aircraft and/or commercial aircraft engines which Person shall be agreed by Lessor and Lessee to have internationally recognized standing and reputation with first-class experience, first class facilities and suitable equipment to perform such services on aircraft and/or engines of the same or improved model as the Aircraft or in the case of the Engines, engines;
Maintenance Performer means such Person as is approved by the FAA to perform maintenance and/or modification services on commercial aircraft engines, which Person shall have recognized standing and experience, suitable facilities and equipment to perform such services on aircraft engines of the same or improved model as the Engines.
Maintenance Performer means a TCCA approved and an EASA Part 145 and/or FAR 145 approved maintenance, overhaul, repair and modification facility approved for the type of maintenance required on aircraft or engines or parts of the same type as the Aircraft, Engines or Parts, or such other Person approved in advance in writing by LESSOR.

  • All maintenance on the Airframe, Engines and Parts shall be performed by an Authorized Maintenance Performer.

  • Lessee shall, upon Lessor’s request, provide Lessor with letters to the Authorized Maintenance Performer allowing the disclosure to Lessor of all matters relating to the maintenance of the Aircraft.

  • Lessee may deliver possession of any Engine to the Manufacturer or to an Authorized Maintenance Performer for testing, service, repair, maintenance or overhaul work on such Engine or any part thereof or for alterations or modifications in or additions to such Engine to the extent required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Lessor shall furnish to Lessee in writing from time to time a list of all maintenance organizations excluded from the definition of "Agreed Maintenance Performer" pursuant to the preceding sentence, which list may be amended by Lessor from time to time.

Maintenance Performer means such Person as is approved and internationally recognized by the FAA or JAA to perform maintenance and/or modification services on commercial aircraft and/or commercial aircraft engines, which Person shall be reasonably agreed by Lessor and Lessee to have recognized standing and experience, suitable facilities and equipment to perform such services on aircraft and/or engines of the same or improved model as the Aircraft or, in the case of engines, the Engines.
Maintenance Performer means such Person as is approved by the FAA to perform maintenance and/or modification services on commercial aircraft and/or commercial aircraft engines, which Person shall be agreed by Lessee and Lessor to have recognized standing and experience, suitable facilities, and suitable equipment to perform such services on aircraft and/or engines of the same or improved model as the Aircraft or, in the case of engines, the Engines. MAINTENANCE PROGRAM means an Air Authority approved maintenance program for the Aircraft in accordance with the Manufacturer's specifications, service bulletins, planning documents, maintenance manuals and documents and encompassing scheduled maintenance (including block maintenance), condition monitored maintenance, and/or on-condition maintenance of Airframe, Engines and Parts, including but not limited to, servicing, testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, structural inspections, system checks, overhauls, approved modifications, service bulletins, engineering orders, airworthiness directives, corrosion control, inspections and treatments. MAJOR CHECKS means any C-Check, multiple C-Check, D-Check, Q- Check or annual heavy maintenance visit or segment thereof suggested by its manufacturer and approved by the FAA for commercial aircraft of the same model as the Aircraft (however denominated) as set out in the Agreed Maintenance Program. MANUFACTURER means Boeing. MANUFACTURER'S MAINTENANCE PLANNING DOCUMENT means the recommended maintenance program for the Aircraft issued by the Manufacturer. MINOR CHECKS means any A-Check or B-Check. MITIGATION CREDIT has the meaning given in Clause 13.4. OWNER means Emerald Aviation Investments Limited. PART means, whether or not installed on the Aircraft:
Maintenance Performer means the maintenance performer for the Airframe, the Parts and the Engines certified by the Aviation Authority.
Maintenance Performer means (i) any of the Persons identified on Schedule 14 hereto (until such time as Lessor delivers written notice to Lessee of the removal of any such Person from the list of Maintenance Performers), or (ii) such other mutually acceptable Persons as may be added to Schedule 14 hereto from time to time (Lessee shall advise Lessor in writing of any request to add a Person to Schedule 14 and Lessor shall respond in writing).
Maintenance Performer means the independent maintenance performer approved in writing by the Lender to perform all major maintenance work on the Aircraft and, for the avoidance of doubt, [ ] is hereby approved by the Lender for such purpose;
Maintenance Performer means any Authorized Facility (as defined in the Fleet Hour Agreement), Manufacturer or such other Person as is approved by the Air Authority to perform maintenance and/or modification services on commercial aircraft engines, which Person shall be agreed by Lessee and Lessor to have recognized standing and experience, and suitable facilities and equipment to perform such services on aircraft engines of the same or improved model as the Engines. MAINTENANCE PROGRAM means an FAA approved maintenance program for the Engine in accordance with the Manufacturer's specifications, planning documents, maintenance manuals and documents and encompassing scheduled maintenance, condition-monitored maintenance, and/or on-condition maintenance of Engines and Parts, including servicing, testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, structural inspections, system checks, overhauls, approved modifications, SBs, engineering orders, ADs, corrosion control, inspections and treatments. MANUFACTURER means the manufacturer of each Engine or any separate item of Equipment as identified in Schedule A to each Engine Lease Agreement. MODIFICATION APPROVAL AMOUNT means $50,000. MMPD means Manufacturer's Maintenance Planning Document. NAMEPLATE INSCRIPTION means the inscription to be included on the Nameplates as reasonably requested by Lessor from time to time. NAMEPLATES means the fireproof plates to be installed on the Engine in accordance with Section 8.6(a)(i). 1-7 OTHER AGREEMENTS means any aircraft, engine or spare parts related lease or financing agreement (including an aircraft, engine or spare parts related loan, hire purchase, conditional sale, credit sale or security agreement) from time to time entered into between Lessor (or any Affiliate of Lessor), on the one hand, and Lessee (or any Affiliate of Lessee), on the other hand. OWNER/MORTGAGEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT means an executed acknowledgement substantially in the form of SCHEDULE 11 (AIRCRAFT OWNER/MORTGAGEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT). PART means, whether or not installed on any Engine:
Maintenance Performer means (a) Lan Airlines S.A., or (b) with respect to the Airframe, any FAA or JAA approved repair station holding a rating of (i) Airframe class (IV) or (ii) Limited Airframe with approval specific to the model of the Aircraft, or (c) with respect to avionics, any FAA or JAA Certificated Repair Station holding a class (iv) airframe rating (only if the Aircraft is physically located at such class (iv) repair station) or an FAA or JAA Certificated Repair Station holding the appropriate radio and or instrument rating, or (d) with respect to an Engine shop visit for maintenance or repair, any FAA or JAA Certificated Repair station holding a class (III) power plant rating or a limited power plant rating specifically approved for the model of the Engines, or (e) as may otherwise by specifically provided in the Aircraft Lease Agreement.
