Maintenance Period definition

Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;
Maintenance Period means the period so specified in an adoption agreement as a period of time

More Definitions of Maintenance Period

Maintenance Period means any Planned Maintenance Period or any other period during which the Facility is partially or completely withdrawn from service for unplanned or emergency maintenance;
