Maintenance Records definition

Maintenance Records means the original verifiable receipts or invoices which confirm that all Vehicle maintenance has been performed as required by this Contract. Refer to Conditions of Coverage and the Vehicle Maintenance sections of this Contract.
Maintenance Records means records that set out the details of the maintenance carried out on an aircraft, engine, propeller or associated part.

More Definitions of Maintenance Records

Maintenance Records means all documents, data and records, written or electronic, in all media, in connection with maintenance of the Project including (a) all inspection and inventory records, whether generated by DB Contractor, Maintenance Contractor or a third party, (b) any communication to and/or from Maintenance Contractor and TxDOT, DB Contractor or a third party, and (c) any information system (as may be introduced or amended by TxDOT from time to time) in connection with maintenance of the Project that TxDOT requires Maintenance Contractor to use or operate.
