Maintenance Service definition

Maintenance Service means the telephone system maintenance services supplied by us pursuant to the Telephony System and Maintenance Service Specific Terms and as described on the relevant Order Form;

Maintenance Service the maintenance service for the Covered Equipment selected by you on the Order, excluding software maintenance.

Maintenance Service means Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM).

• As Client’s exclusive remedy for any breach of the limited Maintenance Services warranty set forth in Section 6.1 (ii) above, Accenture will re-perform the Maintenance Service not in compliance with such limited warranty brought to Accenture’s attention within thirty (30) days of Accenture’s performance of such service.

• Utility shall provide a statement to Customer no later than thirty (30) days after the end of each billing period setting out the amounts due from Customer for Supplemental Service, Maintenance Service, and any other charges applicable to Customer pursuant to this Agreement or pursuant to Utility’s tariff, any amount due Customer for energy delivered to Utility, and any applicable tax payable by Customer.

• Customer shall provide Utility with ninety (90) days written request for Maintenance Service and such written request for Maintenance Service shall be agreed upon by Utility.

• Utility shall read the meters installed for purposes of measuring Supplemental Service and Maintenance Service provided hereunder, and for measuring Utility purchases of energy from Customer once during each billing period.

• If Utility determines that a meter is so inaccurate that billing adjustments cannot be made as described above, Utility shall estimate the deliveries of energy by Customer and/or the deliveries of Supplemental Service and Maintenance Service to Customer during the period of meter non-registration or inaccuracy, based on the best available information, including without limitation, deliveries of energy and Utility service during prior periods.

More Definitions of Maintenance Service

Maintenance Service means all of the services required to be provided by the Technology System Provider pursuant to §66-18 of these Rules.

Maintenance Service means the repair and maintenance service further described in clause 28;

Maintenance Service means the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, replacement and repair of components of the Equipment in accordance with the Siemens manuals and revisions thereto, Siemens’ technical service bulletins and revisions thereto, and other technical documentation supplied by Siemens to Buyer.

Maintenance Service means any warranty and/or value-added service to provide continuous right for end-user to access proprietary online application and/or download the latest content updates and software enhancements to ensure the optimum operation and upkeep of the system. This service is an obligation of the Service/Solution Provider to allow end-user unlimited access on an agreed period including access or download to contents such as/but not limited to the following resources, where applicable:

Maintenance Service means the electric energy or capacity delivered by the Company to replace energy or capacity ordinarily provided by the facilities that make up the Customer’s Alternative Source of Power when such facilities are withdrawn from service for Scheduled Maintenance.

Maintenance Service means the maintenance service detailed in the Acknowledgement or Order;

Maintenance Service means electric energy or capacity supplied by the Authority to replace energy or capacity ordinarily generated by a customer’s own generation equipment during a scheduled outage of the customer’s generation.
