Maintenance Term definition

Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
Maintenance Term means, initially, the Maintenance Term identified in the Order. Upon expiration of the initial Maintenance Term, the Maintenance Term shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods unless terminated earlier by either party, at its option, by written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current Maintenance Term. The Maintenance Term shall immediately terminate upon the termination, expiration, or cancellation of this Agreement for any reason.
Maintenance Term means the agreed upon time period for the provision of Maintenance in an Order.

Examples of Maintenance Term in a sentence

  • In respect of a perpetual Licenses, the initial Maintenance Term shall expire at the end of the calendar year during which the Order Form concerning the Maintenance Services was entered into, and thereafter the Maintenance Term shall automatically renew for subsequent periods of a calendar year against payment of Xxxxxxx’x then-current maintenance fees, unless terminated as set out under Clause 12.

  • After the Maintenance Term, Maintenance Services shall automatically renew for successive one-year annual periods, unless Customer provides the Licensor with at least ninety (90) days advance written notice prior to the expiration of the then current term that such party desires not to renew.

  • During the Maintenance Term, Licensor will provide Customer with Maintenance Services for the Software.

Maintenance Term means the term defined in Clause 5.3.
