Major Components definition

Major Components means those components that directly affect the ability of the system to meet the ballast water performance standard described in regulation D-2.
Major Components means, with respect to a wind turbine, the tower, the rotor, the gear box, the hub, the blades, the low voltage distribution panel and the converter.
Major Components means the major components of the common elements, whether real or personal property, which the association is responsible for maintaining, repairing, replacing or restoring, including, without limitation, amenities, improvements, furnishings, fixtures, finishes, systems and equipment.
