Major Contractor definition

Major Contractor means any contractor whose covered segments allocated a total of more than $11,000,000 in IR&D/B&P costs to covered contracts during the preceding fiscal year. For purposes of calculating the dollar threshold amounts to determine whether a contractor meets the definition of “major contractor,” do not include contractor segments allocating less than $1,100,000 of IR&D/B&P costs to covered contracts during the preceding fiscal year.
Major Contractor means any person, corporation, company, firm, business, or other entity doing business over $5,000 with the City under one contract or annually.
Major Contractor means any contractor hired by Borrower, including, without limitation, the General Contractor (including subsidiaries and affiliates), supplying services, labor and/or materials in connection with the Project which is for an aggregate contract price equal to or greater than $500,000, whether pursuant to one contract or agreement or multiple contracts or agreements, after taking into account all change orders, or which relates to major project elements such as steel, concrete, HVAC systems, windows, doors and other similar items.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in the Loan Documents, or any conduct or course of conduct by the parties hereto, before or after signing the Loan Documents, this Agreement shall not be construed as creating any rights, claims or causes of action against Lender, or any of its officers, directors, agents or employees, in favor of any Major Contractor or other Trade Contractor, or any of their respective creditors, or any other Person.
