There are no material disputes between the Company, on the one hand, and any of the Major Customers and Suppliers, on the other hand, that relate to the operation of the business of the Company.
None of the Major Customers has notified the Company or any of its subsidiaries in writing that it is (or is considering) (i) canceling or terminating its relationship with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or (ii) materially and adversely modifying its relationship with the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
