Any Major Project Party suspends, ceases, or threatens to suspend or cease, to carry on all or a substantial part of its business or to change the nature of its business from that undertaken at the Signature Date.
Any expropriation, attachment, sequestration, implementation of any business rescue plan, distress or execution affects any asset or assets of any Major Project Party.
The applicable Borrower shall enforce each material Contractual Obligation against each Major Project Party (as defined in the AECOM Loan Agreement) under each Material Project Document to which it is a party in accordance with the terms thereof in a commercially reasonable manner.
