Majority Members definition

Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.
Majority Members means the Manager together with Members (other than the Manager and its controlled Affiliates) holding a majority of the Voting Units (excluding Voting Units held by the Manager) then outstanding.
Majority Members has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01.

  • This Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time only by a written instrument executed and agreed to by the Majority Members.

More Definitions of Majority Members

Majority Members means the Members holding a majority of the Voting Units then outstanding other than Voting Units held by the Manager or any of its Affiliates.
Majority Members means the members (which may include PubCo) holding not less than a majority of the Units then outstanding; provided, that if as of any date of determination, a majority of the Units are held by PubCo or any Affiliate controlled by PubCo, then “Majority Members” shall mean PubCo together with the Members holding at least a majority of the Units (excluding Units held by PubCo or its controlled Affiliates) then outstanding.
Majority Members means the members (which may include PubCo) holding not less than a majority of the Units then outstanding; provided, that if as of any date of determination, a majority of the Units are held by PubCo or any Affiliate controlled by PubCo, the “Majority Members” shall mean PubCo together with the Members holding at least a majority of the then outstanding Units not held by PubCo or its controlled Affiliates.
