Majority Series C Holders definition

Majority Series C Holders means the holders of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting power of the outstanding Series C Preferred Shares and/or Ordinary Shares converted therefrom (voting together as a single class and on an as converted basis).
Majority Series C Holders means the holders of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting power of the outstanding Series C++ Preferred Shares, voting together as a single class.
Majority Series C Holders means, collectively, the holders of more than fifty percent (50%) of the then outstanding Series C-1 Preferred Shares and the Series C-2 Preferred Shares, and the Conversion Shares issued upon conversion thereof, on a fully-diluted and as-converted basis.

More Definitions of Majority Series C Holders

Majority Series C Holders means, collectively, the Stockholders holding at least a majority of the then-outstanding shares of Series C Preferred Stock.
Majority Series C Holders means the holders of a majority of the outstanding Company’s Series C Preference Shares (as such term is defined in the Company Charter).
