Majority Series C Holders definition

Majority Series C Holders means the holders of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting power of the outstanding Series C++ Preferred Shares, voting together as a single class.
Majority Series C Holders means the holders of more than sixty percent (60%) of the voting power of the outstanding Series C Preferred Shares, voting together as a single class.

Majority Series C Holders means, collectively, the Stockholders holding at least a majority of the then-outstanding shares of Series C Preferred Stock.
