Managed Agreements definition

Managed Agreements means the third party agreements of ADP and Customer Party that are managed, in whole or in part, by Supplier in accordance with Section 3.03 and that are identified as “Managed Agreements” in Exhibit 5.

Managed Agreements means the Third-Party Vendor Contracts for which Client or its Affiliate retains financial responsibility as set forth in a Schedule to the applicable Service Agreement and as may be agreed by the Parties from time to time by Change Control.

Managed Agreements has the meaning given in the THIRD PARTY AGREEMENTS SCHEDULE (SCHEDULE I).

Examples of Managed Agreements in a sentence

• As of the Amendment Date, there will be no Managed Agreements for purposes of this Agreement.

• In the event that either Party identifies agreements that are proposed to become either Assigned Agreements or Managed Agreements, it shall notify the other Party in advance of each such agreement, including information regarding the nature of each agreement and any proposed Managed Agreement Fees or Assigned Agreement Fees.

More Definitions of Managed Agreements

Managed Agreements means the Third-Party Vendor Contracts for which Client retains financial responsibility and that are set forth in Schedule D.

Managed Agreements means all agreements to be retained by PacifiCare, but managed by Supplier, including those listed in Schedule 7.2.
