Managed Equipment definition

Managed Equipment means any CPE or other equipment that is listed in the Order Form as Managed Equipment for the
Managed Equipment means the third-party equipment listed in Part A of Schedule 4.2 that is managed by Perot Systems as parx xx the Services.
Managed Equipment means Servers, workstations, laptop computers and any other Hardware that is installed or used at the Customer's Site(s), is listed on the Order and is/are to be supported under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Company’s mean time to either repair or replace Managed Equipment provided the trouble is isolated by Company (or its designees) to the Managed Equipment during Company’s Business Hours and subject to: (a) the replacement Managed Equipment being readily available at Company’s warehouse; and (b) the availability of repair times of Company’s underlying carriers and/or vendors during their regular business hours.

Managed Equipment means any CPE or other equipment that is listed in the Order Form as Managed Equipment for the purposes of these Specific Conditions;
