Managed Receivables definition

Managed Receivables of any Person means for any date all credit card receivables originated by such Person as of such date regardless of whether such credit card receivables are determined, with respect to such Person’s financial statements, to be “on-balance sheet” or “off-balance sheet.”
Managed Receivables of any Person means for any date the principal amount of all Securitization Assets originated or acquired by such Person as of such date regardless of whether such Securitization Assets are determined, with respect to such Person’s financial statements, to be “on-balance sheet” or “off-balance sheet.”
Managed Receivables means all Pool Receivables and all Monetized Receivables.

Managed Receivables means receivables, retail installment contracts, promissory notes, charge accounts or other receivables, chattel paper or other similar financial assets originated, acquired or serviced in the ordinary course of business of SOI or any of its Subsidiaries, under the “Extended Credit Program” as such term is used in the Credit and Collection Policy, and shall include all related collateral and assets and any retained assets in respect of the foregoing.
