If We are responsible for processing the Direct Debit on Your behalf pursuant to a Direct Debit Managed Services Agreement, We will download and import the Data into the Access EDD Database to setup the Direct Debit on Your behalf in accordance with the terms of such Direct Debit Managed Services Agreement.
