Managed Third Parties definition

Managed Third Parties means the AT&T Third Party Contractors listed on Schedule C and any substitute or replacement third party contractors reasonably designated by AT&T.
Managed Third Parties means the Kraft Third Party Contractors and Managed Telecom Transport Providers (as defined in Section 9.11.5), identified on Schedules 11.1, 12.1 or 12.3 or the applicable Supplement, as such Schedules may be amended from time to time.
Managed Third Parties means any Third Parties who provide Equipment, Software, Systems or services in connection with CSC Managed Systems.

Examples of Managed Third Parties in a sentence

  • In accordance with the foregoing, unless otherwise specified in Exhibit 22 or agreed in writing by the Parties, Service Provider shall be responsible for the payment of all costs and charges associated with the provision of In-Scope services by Managed Third Parties.

  • In the case of Managed Third Parties for which the charges are not included in the Charges (as provided in Exhibit 22), the invoices of such Managed Third Parties shall be treated as Pass-Through Expenses in accordance with Section 17.
