Management Arrangements definition

Management Arrangements means the arrangements for the strategic management of the relationship between the Authority and the Contractor, including arrangements for monitoring of the Contractor’s compliance with the Specification, the Service Levels, the Award Procedures and the terms of this Framework Agreement, set out in Schedule 4.
Management Arrangements means the arrangements for the strategic management of the relationship between the Parties, including arrangements for monitoring of the Service Provider’s compliance with the Specification, the Ordering Procedures and the terms of the Contract, set out in Schedule 4.
Management Arrangements has the meaning given to it in section 9 of this announcement.

Examples of Management Arrangements in a sentence

More Definitions of Management Arrangements

Management Arrangements shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Management Arrangements means the document of that title identified pursuant to the Code DSC Provisions, as such document may be amended from time to time in accordance with the DSC; Controller Data means all personal data that are:
