Management Bonus definition

Management Bonus means the sum not exceeding £25,000,000 calculated and paid in accordance with the Management Bonus Scheme;

(vii) Support Bonus: A bonus of US$2,000 shall be paid to Employee upon evaluation by the Vice President of EXFO Gnubi Products Group Inc. that, during the financial year ending on August 31, 2003, the North American sales team has adequately supported the sales efforts and activities relating to EXFO Gnubi products. (viii) The Employee shall receive a monthly car expense allowance of US$700.00. (ix) The provisions governing the payment of commission and the reimbursement of expenses are set forth in Schedule D attached hereto. • The amount of such Management Bonus Pool shall be equal to a percentage of the operating income of the Company or such other method as is agreed upon by the Independent Managers.

• With respect to each calendar year during the Term, Executive shall be entitled to receive a bonus pursuant to the terms of the then current Xxxxxxx Network Executive Management Bonus Plan (“Management Bonus”) and such other incentive compensation as Executive may be eligible to receive under benefit plans maintained by the Company from time to time.

• In the event that this Agreement is terminated due to death of Executive, Employer shall pay in one lump sum to Executive’s estate the amount of Base Compensation due to Executive through the end of the month in which such death occurs, as well as any awarded but unpaid Management Bonus and/or Performance Bonus.

• Executive shall continue to be eligible to receive an annual cash incentive bonus under the Company’s Senior Management Bonus Plan, as may be implemented and modified from time to time by the Company.

More Definitions of Management Bonus

Management Bonus means the bonus, in the aggregate amount of $500,000, to be paid to the Management Stockholders in the amounts set forth on Exhibit E, attached hereto.
