Management Fee definition

Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

Examples of Management Fee in a sentence

  • The Maximum Management Fee Rate for each class of the Fund is set forth in the table below, if applicable.

Management Fee has the meaning set forth in the Management Agreement.
