Management Holder means Holders who are employed by, or serve as consultants to or directors of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Management Holder means each Stockholder that was a “Management Holder” as such term is defined in the Management Investor Rights Agreement on the date of this Agreement immediately prior to giving effect to the amendment and restatement of the Management Investor Rights Agreement as this Agreement, together with any other person that executes a joinder to this Agreement as a “Management Holder.”
