Management Loan definition

Management Loan means loans, not to exceed $3,000,000 in --------------- aggregate principal amount, made by Bank of America in its individual capacity to Sook, the proceeds of which loans that have been made were, and loans which may be made will be, used by Sook in part to invest in the Ultimate Parent or to pay interest on any such loan.
