Management Parties definition

Management Parties means (i) each of the Management Investors and (ii) any Person to whom any of the Management Investors Transfers Restricted Securities and, in the case of clause (ii), which Person becomes bound by the provisions of this Agreement in the manner set forth in Section 6.5 hereto.

• This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Lessee, its successors and assigns, and shall be binding and inure to the benefit of the Management Parties and their permitted assigns.

• Some operators may however be negatively affected by exposure to greater competition from foreign firms.

Management Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble of this Agreement.
