Management Personnel definition

Management Personnel means the General Manager, Vice General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Marketing Director, Chief Accountant, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Mechanical Engineer and such other senior personnel positions that are designated as Management Personnel positions by the Board from time to time.
Management Personnel means those professional employees certified by the board of education to represent it in the negotiating process;
Management Personnel means any Company personnel whose duties include the supervision of others, and who are not covered by the Agreement.

Examples of Management Personnel in a sentence

  • The Director, KMP and Senior Management Personnel shall retire as per the applicable provisions of the Act and the prevailing policy of the Company.

  • The Board will have the discretion to retain the Director, KMP, Senior Management Personnel in the same position/ remuneration or otherwise even after attaining the retirement age, for the benefit of the Company.

Management Personnel means Persons, including employees of Holdings, who are engaged in the management or operations of PESRM or any of its Subsidiaries (among other things).
