Management Personnel definition

Management Personnel means the General Manager, Vice General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Marketing Director, Chief Accountant, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Mechanical Engineer and such other senior personnel positions that are designated as Management Personnel positions by the Board from time to time.
Management Personnel means those professional employees certified by the board of education to represent it in the negotiating process;
Management Personnel means any Company personnel whose duties include the supervision of others, and who are not covered by the Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Aurizon Network is only entitled to categorise an Employee or Internal Contractor as either a Billable Personnel, Support Personnel or Management Personnel and accordingly is only entitled to seek the recovery of the costs in respect of that person in any one such category.
