Management Services Agreements definition

Management Services Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Management Services Agreement, dated as of August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Investments Corp. and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto and (ii) the Management Services Agreement, dated as August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Energy Australia Pty Ltd and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto, in each case, as amended, modified or replaced from time to time so long as the amended, modified or new arrangements, taken as a whole at the time such arrangements are entered into, are not materially less favorable to the Main Issuer and its Subsidiaries than those in effect on the Issue Date.

Management Services Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Management Services Agreement, dated as of June 24, 2015, among the Company, the Managing Member, the General Partner and SunPower Capital Services, LLC and (ii) the Management Services Agreement, dated as of June 24, 2015, among the Company, the Managing Member, the General Partner, Holdings and First Solar 8point3 Management Services, LLC.

Management Services Agreements means, collectively, the Management Services Agreement, dated February 25, 2006, between Sabine Pass LNG and Sabine Pass LNG-GP, Inc. and the Management Services Agreement, dated September 1, 2006, between Sabine Pass LNG-GP, Inc. and Cheniere LNG Terminals.

• In the event that a new Subsidiary is formed, any Management Services Agreements and Accounts Receivable Purchase Agreements binding such Subsidiary shall be included within the terms of this affirmative covenant.

More Definitions of Management Services Agreements

Management Services Agreements means the management services agreements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries, whether now existing or hereafter acquired or arising, together with any and all extensions, modifications, amendments, renewals, substitutions or replacements thereof.

Management Services Agreements means an agreement, however styled, between (a) the Issuer or a Guarantor, on the one hand, and (b) a PC Entity, on the other hand, pursuant to which the Issuer or a Guarantor provides management services or similar services to such PC Entity.
