Management Services Fee definition

Management Services Fee shall be as defined in Clause 3.1;

Management Services Fee means management and administrative services provided by SCLP to SRHI under the MSA

• If no such adjustment is requested by either party within such 10 day period, the Program Management Services Fee shall remain unchanged.
