Examples of Management Services Fee in a sentence

On the first business day of each month during the Term, Worthy Management shall invoice the Company for the estimated amount of upcoming Management Services Fee (the “Monthly Invoice”) for the following month in accordance with the then current scope of Services.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may at any time, in its sole discretion with or without cause, direct that Worthy Management remove any particular employee or agent of Worthy Management from provision of the Services, and, following any such removal and the payment of all amounts properly owed to such employee or agent as of the date of such removal, the salary and other costs related to such employee or agent shall be excluded from the Management Services Fee.
