Manager Accounts definition

Manager Accounts has the meaning set forth in section 10.2.1 of the Management Agreement.

Manager Accounts means the “Bank Accounts” (as defined in the Management Agreement) maintained by Manager in the name of Borrower or Operating Lessee with respect to the Property and in accordance with the terms of the Management Agreement.

Manager Accounts means the accounts maintained by Manager in the name of Mortgage Borrower with respect to the Property and in accordance with the terms of each Management Agreement.

Manager Accounts means the “Operating Accounts” (as defined in the Management Agreement) and if applicable, the Manager FF&E Alternative Reserve Account, maintained by Manager in the name of Borrower or Operating Lessee with respect to the Property and in accordance with the terms of the Management Agreement.
