Manager Accounts means the “Bank Accounts” (as defined in the Management Agreement) maintained by Manager in the name of Borrower or Operating Lessee with respect to the Property and in accordance with the terms of the Management Agreement.

More Definitions of Manager Accounts

Manager Accounts means the “Operating Accounts” (as defined in the Management Agreement) and if applicable, the Manager FF&E Alternative Reserve Account, maintained by Manager in the name of Borrower or Operating Lessee with respect to the Property and in accordance with the terms of the Management Agreement.

Manager Accounts means the accounts manager of the Cricket Association appointed in the prescribed manner by the Management Committee;

Manager Accounts means all accounts maintained by the Approved Hotel Operator pursuant to the Approved Hotel Operating Agreement other than the Disbursement Account, which accounts shall be (i) owned by Borrower and pledged to Lender and (ii) subject to an Account Control Agreement.

Manager Accounts means those certain operating and reserve accounts maintained by each of the Managers of the Marriott Properties and the Hyatt Property pursuant to and in accordance with each of the related Management Agreements, which accounts are more particularly described in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Manager Accounts means with respect to any (x) Brand Management Agreement, the bank accounts maintained by the Brand Manager in the name of the Borrower in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Brand Management Agreement and (y) Casino Management Agreement, the bank accounts maintained by the Casino Operator in the name of the Borrower in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Casino Management Agreement.

Manager Accounts means, with respect to the Management Agreement, the segregated bank accounts maintained by the Manager and, prior to an R&A Manager Event, the R&A Sub-Manager pursuant to the terms of the Management Agreement in the name of and as agent for, Borrower or Operating Lessee (as applicable) with respect to the Property or the applicable portion thereof in accordance with the terms of such Management Agreement and Replacement R&A Management Agreement (if applicable), including, without limitation, each Property Account, each Operating Account and the FF&E Account.
