Manufacturing Improvements definition

Manufacturing Improvements means any and all scientific and technical data, information, methods, techniques, protocols, and processes that are useful in the manufacture of ASO Compounds developed by or coming under Control of a Party outside the course of the Collaboration after the Effective Date.
Manufacturing Improvements means the Facility Improvements, Platform Manufacturing Improvements and Product-Specific Manufacturing Improvements.
Manufacturing Improvements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).

  • The Contractor shall perform engineering studies and analysis, including Failure Analysis, Failure Trend Analysis, RM&A Improvements, Manufacturing Improvements, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) cases, efforts associated with the implementation and resolution of DMS cases, design and production efforts if required and other emergent efforts.

  • For clarity, Takeda may in its sole reasonable discretion, implement any of such Manufacturing Improvements as needed to conduct the Manufacture of TAK-385 Licensed Compound and/or TAK-385 Licensed Product for the Development and Commercialization thereof in Takeda Territory, subject to the terms and conditions of change control as applicable to the Drug Substance under the Quality Agreement.
