The Contractor shall perform engineering studies and analysis, including Failure Analysis, Failure Trend Analysis, RM&A Improvements, Manufacturing Improvements, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) cases, efforts associated with the implementation and resolution of DMS cases, design and production efforts if required and other emergent efforts.
Provider may, at its discretion, grant to Client the right to use Manufacturing Improvements under mutually satisfactory terms to be negotiated.
