Manufacturing Manager definition

Manufacturing Manager means an employee of Respondent, designated by the Acquirer, who has managerial or supervisory duties, in whole or in part, in the manufacture or production of 3.5 Inch HDD Products within the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the Closing Date, and may be an individual identified in Confidential Appendix B.
Manufacturing Manager has the meaning given in Section 5.5(a).

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.
