Manufacturing Materials definition

Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.
Manufacturing Materials means completed Contract Work, partially completed Contract Work, and materials, parts, tools, dies, fixtures, plans, drawings, information and contract rights that Seller has specifically produced or acquired for the Contract.
Manufacturing Materials mean any completed or partially completed supplies and materials, parts, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, information, and contract rights specifically produced or specially acquired by the Contractor for the performance of the Contract.

  • If the Authority does not exercise this right, the Contractor shall use its best efforts to sell such supplies and Manufacturing Materials.
