Marijuana regulatory agency definition

Marijuana regulatory agency means the marijuana regulatory agency created under Executive Reorganization Order No. 2019-2, MCL 333.27001.
Marijuana regulatory agency or "Agency" means a Type I agency within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (the "Department") with the powers as set out in MCL 333.27001, including but not limited to, all of the authorities, powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities of the Department, including its Bureau of Marihuana Regulation, under the MRTMA, 2018 IL 1, MCL 333.27951 to 333.27967.

  • Regulatory Agency means any federal or state agency charged with the supervision or regulation of depository institutions or holding companies of depository institutions, or engaged in the insurance of depository institution deposits, or any court, administrative agency or commission or other authority, body or agency having supervisory or regulatory authority with respect to the Company, the Bank or any of their Subsidiaries.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • MFDA means the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada;

  • CFDA means the Code of Federal Domestic Assistance assigned to a federal grant.

  • PDMA means the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder from time to time.

  • Medical marijuana product means a product that contains cannabinoids that have been extracted from plant material or the resin therefrom by physical or chemical means and is intended for administration to a licensed patient, including but not limited to concentrates, oils, tinctures, edibles, pills, topical forms, gels, creams, and other derivative forms, except that this term does not include live plant forms.

  • Home health agency means a person certified by medicare whose business is to provide to individuals in their places of residence other than in a hospital, nursing home, or county medical care facility 1 or more of the following services: nursing services, therapeutic services, social work services, homemaker services, home health aide services, or other related services.

  • DP Regulator means any governmental or regulatory body or authority with responsibility for monitoring or enforcing compliance with the Data Protection Laws;

  • securities regulatory authority or “SRA” means a body created by statute in any Canadian or foreign jurisdiction to administer securities law, regulation and policy (e.g. securities commission), but does not include an exchange or other self regulatory entity;

  • Insurance Regulator means, with respect to any jurisdiction, the Governmental Authority charged with the supervision of insurance companies in such jurisdiction.

  • Home Health Care Agency means an agency or organization which provides a program of home health care and which:
