Market Data definition

Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.
Market Data means any third party market and reference data.
Market Data means pricing, valuations or other commercially sourced data applicable to any Security. Market Data also includes security identifiers, bond ratings and classification data.

  • Except as expressly listed herein, SS&C and each Data Supplier make no warranties, whether express, implied, contractual or statutory with respect to the Services or Market Data.

  • Any Market Data being provided to a Fund by SS&C ALPS or a Data Supplier is being supplied for the sole purpose of assisting the completion of the Modern Data Services.

  • Fund accepts responsibility for, and acknowledges it exercises its own independent judgment in, the selection of the Data Supplier(s) to provide the Market Data, its selection of the use or intended use of such, and any results obtained.

  • Access to and delivery of Market Data is dependent on the Data Suppliers and may be interrupted or discontinued with or without notice.

  • Market Data may: (i) only be used by Fund in connection with the Services and (ii) not be disseminated by Fund or used to populate internal systems in lieu of obtaining a data license.

Market Data means third party market and reference data, including pricing, valuation, security master, corporate action and related data.
Market Data means information and data pertaining to futures contracts and options contracts or similar derivative instruments traded on the Exchanges as well as associated index data, that includes, without limitation, opening and closing range prices, high-low prices, settlement prices, current bid and ask prices, last sale prices, price limits, requests for quotations, estimated and actual contract volume data, text messages pertaining to market activity, contract specifications, fast or late messages and, as determined by each of the Exchanges, may include information respecting exchange-for-physical (EFP) or against actuals (AA) transactions. With respect to Subscriber’s obligations under this Agreement, Market Data includes information, data and materials that are
Market Data means any information relating to securities, financial markets, companies, industries, news and any data, analysis or research thereon, made available via the EB Services;
Market Data means data that has been collected, validated, processed and recorded by the System or other sources made available for transmission to and receipt from either a Redistributor or from Nasdaq relating to eligible securities or other financial instruments, markets, products, vehicles, indicators or devices.
Market Data means (a) last sale information and quotation information relating to securities that are admitted to dealings on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”), (b) such bond and other equity last sale and quotation information, and such index and other market information, as United States-registered national securities exchanges and national securities associations (each, an “Authorizing SRO”) may make available and as the NYSE may from time to time designate as “Market Data”; and (c) all information that derives from any such information.
Market Data means information relating to Listed Products which is published by the Exchange;
Market Data means (i) CTA Network A last sale information, (ii) CQ Network A quotation information, (iii) NYSE bond last sale information, (iv) NYSE bond quotation information, (v) NYSE index information and (vi) each other category of market information made available by NYSE as NYSE may designate from time to time. Each of the above categories includes all information that derives from the category’s information. Stock and bond last sale prices and information deriving from those prices cease to be “Market Data” 15 minutes after the Authorizing SRO(s) make the prices available over their low speed data transmission facilities. NYSE may alter such period from time to time on 60 days’ written notice to Subscriber.
