Marketing Collateral definition

Marketing Collateral means the brochures, videos, testimonials, social media, customer facing product aids and other materials that Neuronetics makes available to Customer for Customer’s marketing of its use of the System.
Marketing Collateral means any digital, radio or printed advertising containing CF branding, logo, slogan or the like. This includes all PR media releases, radio advertising, social media posts, brochures, newsletters, magazine advertisements, posters, leaflets, letters, emails, websites;
Marketing Collateral means the materials solely and exclusively related to the Product as set forth in Schedule 1.35.

  • Customer shall promptly comply with Neuronetics’ requests regarding the use of the Neuronetics Marks and the Marketing Collateral.

Marketing Collateral means advertising and marketing materials and collateral (including all physical, digital or electronic imagery), copy, promotional material, commercials, images, artwork, archival materials and product catalogs, in each case, that are primarily used in or primarily related to the Business.
