Promotional and Marketing Expenses A payment to a Foreign Public Official to pay for reasonable bona fide expenses incurred in good faith by or on behalf of the Foreign Public Official (i) in the promotion, demonstration or explanation of the Corporation's products or services; or (ii) in the execution or performance of a contract between the Corporation and the foreign state for which the Foreign Public Official is acting, are exceptions to the CFPOA.
