Marketing Expenses definition

Marketing Expenses means all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Commercialization of the Product in the Territory, including, without limitation: (a) marketing, advertising, sampling, and promotional activities; (b) marketing studies; (c) primary and secondary market research; (d) promotional materials; and (e)
Marketing Expenses means the sum of Selling Expenses, Marketing Management Expenses, Market and Consumer Research Expenses, Advertising Expenses, Trade Promotion Expenses, and Consumer Promotion Expenses, each of which is specified below, in each case to the extent directly and reasonably attributable to the sale, promotion or marketing of the applicable ZIOPHARM Products in the countries where such ZIOPHARM Product has been launched.
Marketing Expenses means the sum of Marketing Management Expenses, Advertising and Market Research Expenses and Education Expenses.
