Marketing Fee definition

Marketing Fee means the fee payable to the Marketer for services it provides to the Trust, which the Sponsor shall pay the Marketer as a Sponsor-paid Expense.

More Definitions of Marketing Fee

Marketing Fee is defined in Section 4.1.
