Examples of Master Collection Account in a sentence
The Borrower and the Servicer shall cause all Collections on deposit in the Master Collection Account to be swept from the Master Collection Account to the Collection Account within two Business Days of deposit in the Master Collection Account.
The account number with respect to the Master Collection Account shall be set forth on Schedule VIII, as updated from time to time with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
The Servicer will not make any change in its instructions to any relevant administrative agent or Obligor, as applicable, regarding payments to be made with respect to the Collateral to the Master Collection Account or the OperatingCollection Account unless the Administrative Agent has consented to such change.
All Collections deposited from time to time in the Master Collection Account pursuant to this Agreement shall be held in trust by the Servicer, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, and shall be applied to the purposes herein provided.
The Servicer agrees to hold in trust for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, and cause the delivery to the Master Collection Account, the Operating Account or the Collection Account promptly (but in no event later than two (2) Business Days after receipt), all Collections received by Servicer in respect of the Loans that are part of the Collateral.
