Master Collection Account definition

Master Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • The Borrower and the Servicer shall cause all Collections on deposit in the Master Collection Account to be swept from the Master Collection Account to the Collection Account within two Business Days of deposit in the Master Collection Account.

  • The account number with respect to the Master Collection Account shall be set forth on Schedule VIII, as updated from time to time with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

More Definitions of Master Collection Account

Master Collection Account means the master deposit account established or maintained by a Borrower at SunTrust Bank (or other bank acceptable to Administrative Agent), which deposit account shall be utilized solely for purposes of aggregating all payments made by Borrowers’ Account Debtors and all other Proceeds of Collateral and over which Administrative Agent shall have control (as defined under the UCC).
Master Collection Account means that certain collection account established by the Operating Partnership and identified as the “Master Collection Account” to Property Manager. As of the date hereof, the Master Collection Account is account number 153795158085 established and maintained by U.S. Bank National Association.
Master Collection Account is defined in Section 7.4(e).
Master Collection Account means the Collection Account listed on Schedule II to this Agreement (as such schedule may be modified from time to time in connection with the closing or opening of any Collection Account in accordance with the terms hereof) that is identified as the Master Collection Account.
Master Collection Account is defined in Section 4.2 of the Pooling Agreement.
Master Collection Account has the meaning given such term in Section 8.2(d).
