Master Indenture definition

Master Indenture means this Master Trust Indenture, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Master Indenture means the Master Indenture of Trust dated as of December 1, 2003, between VRA and the Trustee, as modified, altered, amended and supplemented in accordance with its terms.
Master Indenture means the Amended and Restated Master Indenture, dated as of May 1, 2007, between the Trust, as Issuer, and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time including, with respect to any Series or Class, the related Indenture Supplement.
