Master Indenture definition

Master Indenture means this Master Trust Indenture, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Master Indenture means the Master Indenture of Trust dated as of December 1, 2003, between VRA and the Trustee, as modified, altered, amended and supplemented in accordance with its terms.
Master Indenture has the meaning given to such term in the preamble hereto.

  • In executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any Supplemental Indenture permitted by this Article or the modification thereby of the trusts created by this Master Indenture, the Trustee shall receive, and shall be fully protected in relying upon, an opinion of counsel addressed and delivered to the Trustee and the City stating that the execution of such Supplemental Indenture is permitted by and in compliance with this Master Indenture and any Applicable Laws.

  • The Trustee may construe any of the provisions of this Master Indenture insofar as the same may appear to be ambiguous or inconsistent with any other provision hereof, and any construction of any such provisions hereof by the Trustee in good faith shall be binding upon the Owners of the Improvement Area #3 Bonds.
