Master REMIC. As described in the Preliminary Statement.

More Definitions of Master REMIC

Master REMIC. The segregated group of assets consisting of the Subsidiary REMIC Regular Interests (as defined in Section 2.08 hereof) and constituting a REMIC created hereunder.
