Master Subscription Agreement or “MSA” shall mean these Master Subscription Agreement Terms and Conditions with a version date of August 4, 2017. Any subsequent or other versions of the Master Subscription Agreement Terms and Conditions shall not apply to Client or any Purchase Document entered into by Client. Upon Client’s execution of a Purchase Document, this MSA shall govern all Purchase Documents entered into by Client and JAGGAER.
