Matching Award definition

Matching Award means an Award designated as a Matching Award under Rule 4.2 (Type of Award);
Matching Award means contributions made by the Participating Employers pursuant to Section 5.1 herein.

Examples of Matching Award in a sentence

  • The Additional Class A Award and the Matching Award shall, subject to Section 8 of this Employment Agreement, become non-forfeitable as to 1/3 of such awards on each of the first three anniversaries of the date of such awards for so long as the Executive remains employed by the Company through the respective anniversary date.

  • The Stock Units granted with respect to the Matching Award will be credited to a bookkeeping account established and maintained for the Participant (an “Account”).

  • The type of Matching Award granted to the Participant will be determined based on the Participant’s Distribution Date election under the Purchase Plan.
