Material Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.08(a)(ix).

More Definitions of Material Customer Contracts

Material Customer Contracts means the agreements entered into with the Material Customers.
Material Customer Contracts means those contracts, licenses and other agreements between the Company, or any of its Subsidiaries, and any customer of the Company, or any of its Subsidiaries, pursuant to which the Company, or any of its Subsidiaries, provides database and decision-support software services and from which the Company expects to receive revenue during any fiscal year in excess of an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Company's total revenue for the immediately preceding fiscal year.
