Examples of Material Financial Obligations in a sentence
The Account Party or any Subsidiary shall fail to make any payment in respect of any Material Financial Obligations when due or within any applicable grace period.
Material Financial Obligations means a principal or face amount of Debt (other than Debt under this Agreement) and/or payment in respect of Derivatives Obligations of the Borrower and/or one or more of its Subsidiaries, arising in one or more related or unrelated transactions, exceeding in the aggregate $25,000,000.
Any event or condition shall occur and shall continue beyond the applicable grace or cure period, if any, provided with respect thereto and the maturity of Material Financial Obligations shall be accelerated a result thereof.
The Company is and has been in compliance with the terms of all Permits, except where the failure to be in such compliance would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.
