Material Permit definition

Material Permit shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(n).
Material Permit has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9.
Material Permit means a licence, permit, approval, registration or qualification granted to or held by a Company which if terminated would impair the ability of the Company to carry on the Business in the ordinary course, or would result, or would reasonably be expected to result, in an Event of Default or Material Adverse Change; specifically including, the Health Canada Licences and as of the date of this Agreement each other licence, permit, approval, registration or qualification listed in Schedule 4.01(h).

More Definitions of Material Permit

Material Permit means each licence or permit listed in Schedule 6.01(h) hereto and each other licence, permit, approval, registration or qualification granted to or held by any Company which if terminated would result, or would have a reasonable likelihood of resulting, in a Default, Event of Default or Material Adverse Change.
