Material Plan definition

Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $25,000,000.
Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $1,000,000.
Material Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).

More Definitions of Material Plan

Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $20,000,000.
Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $500,000.
