Material Plan definition

Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $10,000,000.

Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $5,000,000.

Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $25,000,000.

• Each member of the ERISA Group has fulfilled its obligations under the minimum funding standards of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code with respect to each Material Plan and is in compliance in all material respects with the presently applicable provisions of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code with respect to each Material Plan.

• To the knowledge of the Company, each Material Plan has been maintained and administered in all material respects in compliance with its terms and with the requirements prescribed by any and all statutes, orders, rules and regulations, including but not limited to ERISA and the Code, which are applicable to such Material Plans.

More Definitions of Material Plan

Material Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).

Material Plan means, at any time, a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $50,000,000.
