Material Properties definition

Material Properties means the material mineral properties and projects of the Corporation and Subsidiaries, more particularly set out in Schedule “B” hereto (which schedule is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement), including, without limitation, the material mineral properties known as the Twangiza, Lugushwa, Namoya and Kamituga deposits, and each a “Material Property”;
Material Properties means (a) those Mortgaged Properties designated on Schedule 3.12 as Material Properties and (b) each other Mortgaged Property with respect to which a Mortgage is granted pursuant to Section 5.11 after the Restatement Effective Date.
Material Properties means, collectively, (a) the Lost Creek Property, located in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, and (b) the Xxxxxxx Basin project, located in Carbon County, Wyoming, as described in the Registration Statement and Prospectus.

Examples of Material Properties in a sentence

  • The Company is in material compliance with the provisions of NI 43-101, has filed all technical reports required thereby and there is a current technical report (within the meaning of NI 43-101) in respect of each of the Material Properties, if required thereby.

  • No part of the Material Properties or Material Permits have been taken, revoked, condemned or expropriated by any Governmental Authority nor has any written notice or proceedings in respect thereof been given, or to the knowledge of the Company, been commenced, threatened or is pending, nor does the Company have any knowledge of the intent or proposal to give such notice or commence any such proceedings.

  • All exploration and development operations by the Company on the Material Properties have been conducted in all material respects in accordance with good exploration, development and engineering practices and all applicable laws pertaining to workers’ compensation and health and safety and workplace laws, regulations and policies have been complied with in all material respects.

  • All property, leases or claims relating to the Material Properties in which the Company or any Material Subsidiary has any interest or right have been validly applied for and, if issued, to the knowledge of the Company, issued in accordance with all applicable laws and are valid and subsisting.


More Definitions of Material Properties

Material Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(b).
Material Properties means any real property owned by a Loan Party in fee and acquired after the Third Restatement Date with a fair market value as of the date of acquisition thereof (or, if later, as of the date the relevant owner thereof becomes a Loan Party) in excess of $20,000,000 and designated by the Administrative Agent as a “Material Property.”
Material Properties means the mineral properties described in the Offering Documents as the Maseve Mine or Project 1 located within the Western Limb of the Bushveld Complex of South Africa, the Waterberg joint venture project located on the north limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex and the Waterberg extension project located on the north limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex, adjacent to the Waterberg joint venture project;
Material Properties has the meaning given to it in Section 8(qq);
Material Properties means, collectively:
Material Properties means the Rainy River Property and the New Afton Property and “Material Property” means either of the Material Properties.
