Material Subcontractor definition

Material Subcontractor means any entity that is known to the Participant to be included as part of a Bid as a vendor, subcontractor, service provider, or in any other similar capacity and, excluding products or services offered by the Participant to one or more Bidders on terms subject to a fee filing approved by the SEC: (a) is anticipated to derive 5% or more of its annual revenue in any given year from services provided in such capacity; or (b) accounts for 5% or more of the total estimated annual cost of the Bid for any given year. An entity shall not be considered a “Material Subcontractor” solely due to the entity providing services associated with any of the entity’s regulatory functions as a self-regulatory organization registered with the SEC.
Material Subcontractor means any subcontractor of the Provider subcontracted to perform a substantial part (as determined by the Department) of the Services.
Material Subcontractor has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3 (Right to Subcontract).

  • The Provider must, within five Business Days of receiving a written request from the Department, provide such information and supporting evidence as the Department requests in relation to the Change in Control event of the Provider or any Material Subcontractor.

Material Subcontractor means a person other than Supplier providing components, raw materials, manufacturing services or Processes to Supplier with respect to the Products where the performance of components, materials, services or processes supplied by such person may reasonably have a substantial impact on the quality of the Products or the ability for the Products to meet Specifications.

Material Subcontractor means a Supplier Subcontractor whose details are set out in the Solution Schedule: who is or would be involved in the delivery of part of the Contract Services which the Customer, acting reasonably, considers to be of particular importance; who Processes Personal Data; and/or whose annual revenues from goods, software or services provided to the Supplier in respect of this Call-Off Contract equal or exceed 10% of the projected annual Service Charges payable to the Supplier under this Call-Off Contract;
