Maximum Advance Amount definition

Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.
Maximum Advance Amount shall be Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) per Advance Notice.
Maximum Advance Amount at any time, the lesser of (1) the Credit Line and (2) the Borrowing Base at such time.

More Definitions of Maximum Advance Amount

Maximum Advance Amount shall be Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) per Advance Notice.
Maximum Advance Amount shall be One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per Advance Notice, but in no case more than Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) in any thirty-day (30) calendar period.
Maximum Advance Amount in respect of each Advance Notice means the greater of: (i) an amount equal to 100% of the average of the Daily Traded Amount of Common Shares on the Company’s Principal Market during the three consecutive Trading Days immediately preceding an Advance Notice, or (ii) 2,000,000 Common Shares (being such number of shares after any Pre-closing Reorganization).
Maximum Advance Amount shall be Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) per Advance Notice.
Maximum Advance Amount in respect of each Advance Notice means an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the average Daily Traded Amount for the five (5) Trading Day immediately preceding an Advance Notice.
Maximum Advance Amount means, for each Advance Notice, the greater of: (i) an amount calculated by multiplying the Market Price applicable to the relevant Advance Notice, multiplied by 200,000 Shares; or (ii) two hundred percent (200%) of the average daily volume of shares of Common Stock traded during the immediately preceding five (5) consecutive trading days applicable to the relevant Advance Notice.
Maximum Advance Amount shall be equal up to Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) per Advance Notice.
