Maximum Advance Amount definition

Maximum Advance Amount means, for each Advance Notice, the greater of: (i) an amount calculated by multiplying the Market Price applicable to the relevant Advance Notice, multiplied by 200,000 Shares; or (ii) two hundred percent (200%) of the average daily volume of shares of Common Stock traded during the immediately preceding five (5) consecutive trading days applicable to the relevant Advance Notice.

Maximum Advance Amount shall be Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) per Advance Notice.

Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.

More Definitions of Maximum Advance Amount

Maximum Advance Amount at any time, the lesser of (1) the Credit Line and (2) the Borrowing Base at such time.

Maximum Advance Amount. The maximum dollar amount of each Advance will be equal to the average daily trading volume in dollar amount during the ten (10) trading days preceding the Advance Date. No Advance will be made in an amount lower than the Minimum Advance Amount (defined below) or higher than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).

Maximum Advance Amount shall be One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) per Advance Notice up to a maximum of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000), in the aggregate, in any thirty-day (30) calendar period.

Maximum Advance Amount shall be equal up to One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000) per Advance Notice.
